During a nutrition coaching session many of my clients will ask me, "What do you eat?" or if I am at a party people will say to me, "I am going to eat what you eat." It dawned on me that people wanted to believe what I was telling them because it makes sense but there was still some idea that losing weight had to be difficult. I also realized that the visual techniques and sharing stories of how I was eating was also helpful. So, I created not only a program that gives you the skills to reach your goals but a resource center for visual reinforcement along the way.
